Family and Children Worker (part-time)

Holy Covenant Anglican Parish, Jamison, ACT, is seeking applications for a person to work with children and young families in a parish context. The successful person will have a commitment to the ethos and values of the Anglican Church, to the vision of Holy Covenant, and to developing and overseeing a range of ministries and programs focussed on children and young families.

Applicants must have qualifications and/or relevant experience in one or more of pastoral care, counselling, family support, or teaching.

The worker needs a strong commitment to providing spiritual support to children and young families, and excellent communication, organisational and team work skills.

This is a part-time position (2¹/₂ - 3 days per week). A suitable remuneration package will be developed with the successful applicant.
